-this individual is responsible for operational management and coordination of Retail Panel project
-planning, organizing and coordinating recruitment and data collection process
-being responsible for the production, delivering quality data within agreed upon timeline
-contributing to the development of client dashboards
-supporting clients in terms of training and data processing to enhance client satisfaction
-preparing ad-hoc reports according to client needs and specifications, maintain a dialogue with clients throughout the ad-hoc projects
-interacting with project stakeholders to sustain and develop data content and quality
-supporting sales team by joining pre-sales client meetings
-bachelor’s degree required from business management, engineering or related fields from reputable universities. Master’s degree preferred.
-minimum 3 years of full-time professional experience in Market Research, at least 2 years in retail panel management
-proficiency in English, both verbal and written communications
-strong knowledge of panel management and extrapolation methodologies
-very good analytical capabilities, strong analysis and problem assessment competencies
-excellence in Microsoft Office applications, BI tools, understanding of database structures, SQL knowledge is an asset.
-being familiar with healthcare industry and technically understanding pharmaceuticals
-hands-on experience with Primary and Secondary data sources, required.
-strong planning and project management skills.
