Our client which serves most sectors of the merchant marine industry worldwide, is looking for a sales executive.

- strong understanding of customer and marine market dynamics and requirements
- at least two years related experience
- good knowledge, written and spoken English
- has communication organizational skills
- both customer result oriented profile
- good knowledge of using PC applications
- no military obligation for male candidates

job information

- develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
- maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect database
- propose ideas for the continuous improvement of sales and services
- respond to and follow up sales quotations by all means including client visits
- maintain and develop existing and new customers
- monitor and report on his activities and inform management on any needs for change
- provide any competitor information useful to management
- assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed
- adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team
- report on software suitability for sales reporting purposes
- provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all prospect enquiries received by the clients, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin
- propose and attend training in order to develop relevant knowledge and skills
