Our client which operates in gsm sector is looking for a senior training specialist (technology).

job information

- to manage the yearly development planning process of the related account in order to compose the Yearly Development Plan and Budget.
- to coordinate all unplanned training development needs of the related accounts.
- to coordinate the purchasing process for the related projects in terms of briefing and negotiation.
- to manage design, communication, organization, delivery, data entry, service acceptance and invoice approval of training programs in order to achieve operational excellence in terms of training effectiveness, data management and purchasing.
- to deliver training courses as an internal trainer when required.
- to contribute special projects that support company strategies in order to improve training systems, processes and communication.
- to coordinate effective functinoning of SAP, ESS/MSS, portals and training platform with correct data and effective content entries and user case solutions in order to provide excellent user experience.
- to bencmark client’s training and development practices with those of other companies in any sector and adapt applicable ones in order to increase effectiveness

job requirements

- university degre (Electronics,Computer Engineering is a plus)
- min. 4 years of total work experience in training needs analysis training design for IT/Network functions.
- GSM knowledge telco experience is a plus.
- fluency in English
- military service completed for male candidates
