- ensure that close relationship with client portfolio is established by carrying out continuous visits to existing and new clients
- use most appropriate methods and resources to find the best match with existing vacancies
- conduct face to face interviews with the candidates
- contribute to unit branch profitability

- university degree
- excellent command of written and spoken English
- computer literacy
- minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment industry as a consultant and/or in B2B sales function
- no restrictions for travelling
- no military service obligation for male candidates
- having valid driving license
