Reply and track routing correspondence,
Create, send and follow-up invoices with clients, suppliers and partners as needed,
Prepare balance sheets,
Track and reconcile bank statements,
Record accounts payable and accounts receivable,
Process payments, maintain cost reports and manage invoices,
Answer questions and provide assistance to clients as needed,
Review and audit financial statements and reports, ensure all calculations and data entries are correct,
Assist the Finance Accounting Manager in creating financial reports on a regular basis,
Assist and coordinate with other administrative staff,
Perform any other administrative duties as required by the Firm.
