Achieve HR team’s strategic objectives through providing support to the business via development and implementation of all HR functions, including Talent Management and Development, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and Culture with the objective of achieving business objectives, profitability and a rewarding work atmosphere with high performance goals for the Affiliate.

Coordinate the implementation of performance management process in line with global timelines:
Localize all communications and timelines.
Provide guidance consultancy to people managers on performance assessment and calibration process.
Facilitate Talent Management Reviews for all N-2 and below positions in the organization.
Ensure all key talents have Growth Plans in place in line with the succession plans.
Provide input, insight and tools to people managers for developing effective development training programs for their direct reports; closely monitor and guide the preparation of individual development plans for all employees in the affiliate.
In line with Company's Talent Philosophy, develop, design, conduct and evaluate training and development programs and/or coordinate the implementation of these programs for appropriate employees. Work with CEx department around programs developed for Sales teams.
Support newcomers and junior staff in HR department on their onboarding and orientation processes and provide coaching and guidance to them on all relevant HR processes and responsibilities.
Collaborate with business leaders and CEx&Training department in creating development platforms in line with the spesific needs of the business and/or function and effectively follow-up the utilization of these platforms with all people managers.
Implement and shape TR philosophy within the teams.
Execution of the merit increase process annually.
In line with Company’s talent philosophy, market data, merit guidelines and salary structure, provide merit increase and incentive plan recommendations for business leaders within approved budget.
Provide counseling to people managers in merit discussions.
Create offers for new hires and promotions.
Work closely with payroll specialists regarding local labor law and SSI practices in the implementation of employee terminations and registrations, in annual leave administration, in hiring procedures.
Benefit coordination: Support renewal of health and life insurance, pension plan policies and other benefits provided to the employees.
Ensure efficient utilization and administration of local and global reward and recognition programs. Propose changes to the local program in line with Affiliate priorities and needs.
Provide consultancy to people managers in managing performance issues; help them create quality processes for improving low performance, implementing legal procedures for unsatisfactory performers in coordination with legal counsel.
Create and periodically follow-up annual Total Rewards, Learning Development and Talent Acquisition budget for the affiliate and provide finance department requested reports and analyses.
Quarterly prepare the Headcount reports as requested by the Regional Finance team.
Create and/or revise policies and procedures about all employment-related areas.
As a Talent Acquisition partner, plan execute recruitment activities for all levels of positions.
Design hiring process with appropriate tools (comprehensive assessment centers, analytical skill tests, personality inventories, role-plays, case studies etc.) Liaise with search and/or consultancy firms.
Provide advise and counseling to people managers for effective internal&external recruiting and onboarding process
Coordinate orientation program for all new employees and deliver HR specific trainings.
Ensure all positions in the affiliate have up-to-date job descriptions.
Ensure all candidates and employees are aware of Company's Talent Proposition by effectively communicating it.
Provide dedicated guidance and coaching to multiple managers and employees and create innovative programs and activities with focus on employee engagement and retention.
Establish effective employee relations through employee activities, cycle meetings, one-to-one counseling and exit interviews. Serve as a trusted employee advisor at all levels.
Partner with universities to ensure high quality internship and new grad programs are being implemented in Company.
As a member of the HR Team, participate in all projects to ensure the Global HRIS Management Model is successfully implemented at Affiliate level. Act as a bridge between Global Project Teams, Global Service Providers and Turkey employees, especially to resolve issues during launch process and for urgent critical cases.
Assess performance levels, identify root causes and develop action plans for continuous improvement for areas of responsibility.
Implement the knowledge and skills gained in training programs to work practice and follow up.
Continue to maintain and update business knowledge by studying regularly product training materials and promotional and non-promotional materials.
Continue to develop and update product knowledge through reading textbooks, journal articles, technical documents and keep up to date with relevant scientific knowledge and participate in and carry out events including congresses, symposia, field visits, training programs and be prepared to travel to locations in accordance with job requirements.
Take responsibilities in company projects and adapt him/herself to the changing or new work conditions and requirements.

Ensure compliance with relevant Acts, legal demands, ethical standards, Corporate Business and Safety Procedures and Company Code of Business Conduct.
Ensure compliance with all relevant Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental legislative requirements, policies and procedures and serve as a role model to all employees by demonstrating full support of company occupational health, safety and environmental programs.
Ensure compliance with Company Turkey Emergency Response Plan SOP requirements and processes.
Comply with all country relevant legislation like Turkish Labor Law, Employment Security Law, Social Security Law and other related policies, procedures and work practices when managing people with the intent of preventing any legal in compliance, managing employee-related costs effectively and becoming a premier employer in Turkey.
Work in coordination with HR Department effectively and in a timely manner, in all employee related legal issues.

Minimum 5 years of human resources experience, preferably as HR Generalist, focusing on all fundamental HR functions.
Experience in working as a direct contact for all people leaders.
Managerial experience is an advantage.
