Bachelor’s degree from Industrial/Management Engineering, Statistics or Econometrics departments.
Min. 4 years of experience in C&B and Performance Management.
Excellent command of MS Office programs, especially Excel knowledge is a must.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
Familiarity with HR analytics is a plus.
Ability to analyze and interpret complex data with accuracy under strict deadlines.
Detail oriented with analytical approach.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
