Credit Analysis: Periodically obtain the financial statements of the Accounts, request performing financial analysis from credit team and forecast of credit limit underlying credit risk.
Management of accounts: give instructions to allocate payments, credit notes, remind distributors for late payments, etc.
Monthly reporting: Prepare analyse outstanding, aging, past due and credit control reports, provide explanations to management delinquencies.
Daily relationship with Accounts, sales administration, accounting departments, banks.
Establish and keep up-to-date Account credit files; control of credit policies; processing, review and proposal for credit limits.
Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with Accounts, sales team and other departments.
Sales activity coordination: monitor the monthly sales forecasts, take actions to sustain the credit availability for uninterrupted invoicing to support the business in meeting monthly invoicing targets through sound credit management.
