We are looking for highly motivated teammates who will help us provide quality customer service and will work at a high tempo environment and be a member of our home-based team of virtual Customer Service Associates throughout Turkey.

As a Virtual Customer Service Partner, you will be the first point of contact to support our Turkish-speaking customers with a variety of questions via phone, chat or email.
These include help with orders, product inquiries, payment issues, account updates, website troubleshooting and more.
You will use several software programs to both process customer inquiries and check available guidelines.


Turkish at native level.
Minimum B2 language skills in English.
An unlimited minimum broadband connection of 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speed using a hard-wire.
Ethernet internet connection (no WiFi).
A dedicated home workspace in Turkey that is quiet, distraction free within a dedicated room, with an ergonomic desk and chair.
Technology savvy with the ability to use multiple internet browsers, e-mail and chat facilities.
Ability to diagnose and fix basic connectivity problems.
Able to learn quickly.
