We are looking for a "Customer Service Representative" for an international customer in the medical sector.

Execution of direct sales, tender, sample, case usage, consignment replenishment orders entry into the system, delivery and invoicing of them.

Control of return, exchange and price difference invoices from customers and processing them into the system.

Checking of the invoices, invoice reconciliation with customers and file them.

Study open orders to invoice them on a regular basis.

Solve customer issues and complaints.

Provide any assistance required by CS team.


Minimum college degree, preferably university graduate.

Minimum 2 years of experience in the medical sector, preferably in the field of customer service.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good organization, time management and multi-task management skills.

Ability to use advanced Microsoft Office programs.

Good team player.
