We are looking for a customer service representative for our client operating in construction industry.

Records and processes orders and/or inquiries received by mail, telephone, and/or through personal customer contact;

Provides pricing, availability, and schedule information within established guidelines;

Provides samples to the customers;

Researches and obtains resolution of a variety of customer complaints and issues;

Tracks order activity, and alerts appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems. Expedites the delivery of selected orders;

Elaborates sales statistics;

Communicates with supply chain/logistics staff on an as needed basis;

Communicate internally with other departments to ensure customer expectations are met;

Deal with Customer complaints;

Support to sales team. Internal/External;

Collect expenses for reimbursements;



Knowledge of computer tools (Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, PowerPoint, etc),

Excellent communication skills,

Excellent working knowledge of MS packages,

Experience of SAP system is a plus,

3-5 years of work experience, in a similar role.
