We are looking for Digital Marketing Manager for our global client.

Accountable for the production and delivery of a strategic marketing plan and budget, from awareness through to registration, meeting annual targets and delivering on year-on-year improvement in performance.



Accountable for the partnership and performance of marketing media agencies in delivering a marketing plan to achieve targets.



Develop and implement SEO, Affiliate and Media planning strategies and plans.



Develop a website traffic plan and create strategies to increase online traffic.



Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaigns and acquisition’s overall performance.



Work closely with the Head of Customer Engagement and Experience to produce and execute an integrated strategy and optimized customer journey across all channels rooted in insight with measurable KPI's.



Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.



Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.



Information Security responsibilities related with JD.

qualification

University schooling in Business Administration or Marketing

+10 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the gaming sector or in a multinational

environment

Strategic vision end framework design

Knowledge of current local regulations and concession requirements (a plus)

Technical experience on market, competitor, and consumer analysis

Proven experience in managing resources and teams.

Consolidated experience in media buying and performance management.

Experience in managing contractual agreements and manage and monitor suppliers and

SLA / KPI definition

Excellent communication and presentation skills, orientation towards innovation and digitalization, creativity is a plus.

Good planning and organization skills

Well spoken and written English, preferable also Italian

Demonstrated experience in developing marketing strategies and plans

Experience in managing significant budgets.

Excellent problem-solving skills

Demonstrated experience in managing teams.

Qualified experience in management by objectives

Good interpersonal skills

Customer orientation

Available to travel abroad.
