We are looking for "Finance and Administration Manager" for one of our global clients .

Controlling and financial planning and analysis (50% of the time)

● Report monthly financial information to the parent company

● Analysis on variations

● Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs

● Support Headquarters in optimization of financial and tax processes for the

entire group.

Accounting and administrative processes (30% of the time)

● General booking

● Act as a liaison with local banks and advisors

● Keep an eye on bank accounts

Office management (20% of the time)

● Manage couriers, phone calls, office suppliers and maintenance

● Manage internal events including catering if necessary


- Good knowledge of main Turkish tax regulations and accounting principles

- Analytical mindset

- Perseverant

- Proactive attitude

- Good level of English: all communication with the parent company will be made in

this language

- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

- Minimum 2 years of working experience in analysis and reporting of Financial
