We are looking for a Finance Manager for our global partner which is operating in aviation industry.
Work closely with the finance HR director, General Managers and COO in order to ensure that they are informed of any financial issue, highlights or risk.
Forecasting monthly, quarterly and annual results.

Preparing monthly financial reports in line with Swiss GAAP FER for Group Reporting. (with focus in valuation of work in progress using cost to cost method of running projects)
Providing financial reports and interpreting financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
Maintaining the financial health of the organization.
Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
Preparation of monthly Key-Figures (KPI’s) for Group CFO Group COO based on management accounting.
Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
Manage the preparation of the company’s budget in cooperation with headquarter.
Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
Develop secure procedures to maintain accurate financials.
Ensure all accounting activities comply with Financial regulations.
Ensure that AMOS and LOGO comply in terms of financial data.
Liaise with the company lawyer when needed and requested.
Fulfil any other request from their Line Manager.
You are going to have HR duties too:
Supports the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling job interviews, checking references, and preparing interview templates.
Orientation and on-boarding of new staff.
Maintains and files employee information in various systems by entering and updating employment and status-change information.
Monitors and manages Company attendance and vacation tracking; receive and track all vacation, sick and time off requests for hourly employees and coordinate with payroll to ensure accuracy of information.
Assists with benefit administration including the processing of new enrolments, terminations, and changes.
Drafts Company organization charts and department correspondence. (employee handbooks, offers etc.)
Answers all employee inquiries and directs them to the appropriate department as needed.
Ensure all Company Policies Procedures are in place and work in collaboration with Quality Safety accordingly.
Prepare financial presentations for Executive Management and Board of Directors Meeting. (we should move to Finance part)
Fulfil any other request from their Line Manager.
Based on workload coordinate workforce between Basel, Instanbul and Bodrum.
