Developing business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for HR IS spending and initiatives,
Developing and implementing all HR IS policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision,
Practicing asset management for HR IS hardware, software, and equipment,
Establishing and maintaining regular written and in-person communications with the organization’s executives, department heads, and end users regarding pertinent HR IS activities,
Driving to develop and adopt of HR IS technologies in the campus that improve sustainability and operational capability.
