Primary focus will be on identifying opportunities for innovation, fostering creativity, and leading cross-functional teams (by transversality) to develop and implement transformative projects that positively impact patient care/lives, operational efficiency and overall healthcare outcomes.
Establish the most appropriate “early” access strategy for the existing portfolio and innovative pipeline, considering the specific conditions as well as the general product strategy.
Drive health policy and disease related public affairs initiatives in order to shape the environment early enough and raise the awareness for the company’s pipeline.
Development of tools and materials that enable to show the value of the portfolio.
Manage external affairs advocacy through working with key stakeholders in Health Authorities, in industry trade associations, patient organizations and professional associations KOLs in different locations (open for frequent travel), driving external engagement agenda.
Identify and Evaluate Healthcare Innovation Opportunities.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in healthcare technology, trends, and emerging innovations in the early access area.
Develop and Execute Innovation Strategies by using project management capabilities and activation of cross-collaboration.
Lead cross-functional teams of healthcare professionals, technology experts, designers, and other stakeholders.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept to implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Innovation Strategy Development:
Develop and execute a comprehensive innovation strategy that aligns with the organization’s mission, goals, and long-term vision.
This includes identifying key focus areas for innovation, setting measurable objectives, and outlining a roadmap to achieve innovation goals.
Opportunity Identification and Evaluation:
Continuously scan the healthcare landscape for emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities that have the potential to improve patient care, operational efficiency.
Evaluate and prioritize these opportunities based on their feasibility, potential impact, and alignment with organizational objectives.
Project Planning and Execution:
Lead and oversee the development and implementation of innovation projects especially enabling early access to rare portfolios from concept to execution.
This involves creating detailed project plans, defining project scope and deliverables, assigning responsibilities to cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are completed within established timelines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal external stakeholders, to understand their needs, challenges, and priorities. Additionally, cultivate partnerships with external stakeholders, to leverage external expertise and stay abreast of industry developments.
Stakeholder Management:
Foster collaboration and effective communication among diverse teams, including healthcare professionals, technology experts, designers, patient organizations, and other stakeholders.
Create a culture of teamwork and ensure all team members contribute their expertise towards achieving project objectives.
Compliance with Company procedures ethical principles:
