Be the first point of contact for all employees, regarding all HR processes, systems and practices carried out by Human Resources Department

Managing recruitment, promotion and internal transfer processes within the boundaries of approved budget

Coordinate workforce planning and monitoring activities for the partner departments in alignment with company strategy and targets

Taking a role in employee engagement, internal/external communication and employer branding processes

Plan and implement new/revised HR policies, programs, and services that correspond with business strategy while ensuring all activities align with overall HR goals and objectives

Supporting and accomplishing Organizational Development processes and projects


Advanced level of English,

Min. 5 years of experience on HR,

Excellent recruitment skills,

Experience on designing HR processes
