Act as a point of contact for HR-related functions for all specified facilities, directing requests to the appropriate department and ensuring timely resolution.
Work in closely with the HR teams of the responsible group companies with one HR approach and responding to business lines accordingly.
Facilitate the administration of salary, benefits, pensions and insurance in accordance with all necessary regulations with an external payroll company.
Manage all operations of employee salary surveys, and analyze employee salaries and compensation packages, comparing them to industry standards and market trends.
Source and procure HR-related software, services, or equipment, manage contracts, monitor the budget, and prepare visual content to support internal communication, such as training videos, announcements, or presentations.
Recognize and understand both internal and external customers' needs, anticipate their expectations, proactively seek ways to exceed them and act with the awareness that everything you do ultimately impacts them.
Efficiently manage time and resources to deliver high-quality results, demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for achieving objectives, and embrace a problem-solving mindset when facing obstacles.
