We are seeking for a "HR Operation Specialist" for our client which is UK based company operating in energy sector.

Supports HR operation services such as onboarding offboarding, employee life cycle and ensure that people, structures, processes, and systems are aligned with the key objectives
Updates personnel files and produces employment contracts, letters, and notifications etc.
Maintains digital, electronic, or manual records of employees
Work closely with payroll to ensure all payroll inputs are submitted accurately and timely
Stays up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
Supports the relationship between Genel Energy and 3rd party suppliers e.g., service providers, vendors etc. where required
Schedules meetings, interviews, HR events and maintains agenda
Coordinates various training programs if requested
Provides reporting support both internally and externally
Processes employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
Contributes to key HR initiatives and projects
Supports expat management activities if requested and follows up the deadlines and makes the applications of all residents and work permits
Responsible for the internship program management


Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or Industrial Engineering
Fluency in written and oral English
2 to 4 years professional experience in HR administration
Strong customer service orientation and extensive communication skills
Ability of analytical thinking and problem solving
Ability of managing multitask simultaneously
A team player who can work well in a team environment
Strong integrity and able to self-manage
