Analyzing and evaluating organizational change and workforce requests from business units with the key stakeholders,
Proposing proactive solutions, projects and initiatives to improve the organization’s ability to deliver better business results,
Participating in big transformational projects around workforce management and organizational changes,
Participating and leading agile organization transformation towards a leaner organization,
Translating analysis and insights into informative and consumable visualizations and builds compelling presentations to focus leaders on relevant issues and potential solutions,
Keeping the organization up-to-date with best practices, internal and external benchmarks, tools and methodologies to ensure a sustainable structure,
Setting and tracking structured key performance measures and indicators to monitor organization effectiveness,
Working closely with the Leadership Team, HRBPs, Center of Excellence (CoE) teams and field / execution teams in cross functional projects to engage key stakeholders to facilitate buy-in and Change,
Leading and supporting change Management process in strategic projects and transformations,
Preparing job descriptions, determination of objectives and KPIs for new or changing business units in organizational changes,
Supporting departmental, regional and organizational initiatives as a change agent.
