Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration faculties,
Minimum 7 years of experience in organizational design and change management, workforce management, operating model design and implementation,
Experience on design and implementation of agile methodologies and agile way of working,
Experience on presentation, facilitation, negotiation and work effectively as a change agent in a global organization,
Analytical approach, strong planning, organizational and project management skills,
Flexible and open to new perspectives,
A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
