1-3 years of experience within HR organization and have performed HR Generalist role in a multinational company,
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field,
Core HR Expertise and Compliance, team player, highly organized, good analytical skills, Relationship Management/Relationship Building Skills, Quality Improvement and Service Focus,
Good understanding of HR processes and ability to drive process improvement projects within HR Services team,
HRIS, System knowledge, (SuccessFactors would be an advantage)
Previous experience and proficiency in MS (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) applications,
Business fluent in English in its oral written form,
Business fluent in local language in its oral written form.
