Act as a point of contact for HR-related functions for all specified facilities, directing requests to the appropriate department and ensuring timely resolution.
Work in closely with the HR teams of the responsible group companies with one HR approach and responding to business lines accordingly.
Responsible for execution of the HR processes in responsible business areas; Talent management and development and succession management.
Execute learning and development and talent management, through supporting a culture of continuous learning, either to keep up with business, or to excel and further improve.
Ensure the execution and delivery of all HR activities (Budget, Performance Management, Training, Resourcing, Wellbeing, HR Operations and etc.) in an effective and excellent way.
Source and procure HR-related software, services, or equipment, manage contracts.
Initiate employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and create improvement plans.
Recognize and understand both internal and external customers' needs, anticipate their expectations, proactively seek ways to exceed them and act with the awareness that everything you do ultimately impacts them.
Efficiently manage time and resources to deliver high-quality results, demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for achieving objectives, and embrace a problem-solving mindset when facing obstacles.
