We are looking for a highly-experienced Key Account Manager whose domain will cover industrial automation and digitization business in three target vertical markets (target VMs): smart factories, industrial equipment manufacturing and energy.

Develop and improve Key Account business for the company branded industrial automation and IoT products, industrial computing, and communication platforms,

Analyse and understand customer requirements, competition in their environments and develop proactive solutions,

Improve Key Accounts’ loyalty and satisfaction,

Follow new trends in the digitization projects in the target VMs and determine new business prospects,

Promoting the company architectures to target vertical markets,

Close interactions and coordination with the company’s HQ sector management,

Attend the company’s trainings and meetings in HQ office, as needed.


Bachelor or Master of Science degree from electronics, electric, control automation or computer science faculties,

Minimum 10 years of sales experience in industrial automation applications (of which minimum 5 years are KA sales based),

Having a reasonable customer portfolio or experience of managing such a portfolio in one of the target VMs

Some experience in the local branches or distributors of European automation companies

High level of communication and negotiation skills,

Motivated by a quota based sales environment,

Proficient in both spoken and written English,

No restrictions to travel,

Active car driver.
