Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT support role, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment,
Proven experience of device management (Windows 10/11) and troubleshooting,
Basic knowledge of IT networking, (ip addressing, switches, routers, subnets, gateways, DNS)
Basic knowledge of IT security best practices and tools,
Familiarity with ITSM methodologies, (ticket handling, changes, SLA monitoring)
Good command of the English language, both verbal and written.
