We are looking for a “Marketing Manager” for our client which is operating in the e-commerce industry.

Identifying key marketing metrics and KPI’s,
Responsible for end to end marketing strategy including performance marketing, CRM and offline marketing channels,
Carrying out all pre and post analysis of all marketing campaigns; controlling and reporting their coherence with business and growth targets,
Developing and executing data-driven campaign strategies to drive growth loyalty,
Planning, managing and optimizing the marketing budget on different media channels,
Keeping up with industry trends and new UA opportunities,
Managing the engagement and skill development of the team,
Developing database procedures.


Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field,
At least 6-7 years of experience in Marketing, Growth and Digital Marketing,
Previous experience in people management,
Ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment and organizational development,
Experienced in multi-channel budget distribution based on performance,
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with a problem-solving mindset,
Experienced in building and improving relationships with internal and external partners,
Proactive attitude and natural curiosity,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
