We are looking for a Material Planning Engineer for our business partner in the cosmetics industry.

Prepare short-term and mid-term material requirement plans according to production plan,

Create purchase orders in system according to supplier master data of Purchasing Team,

Follow report material stock level, communicate with supplier for urgent requests or postponement requests according to requirement changes,

Ensure that the materials are delivered on the requested date, in the requested quantity and in the desired packaging and shiipping conditions,

Organize meetings with suppliers or visit them to ensure that materials are delivered at the requested date if necessary,

Prepare short and long term material forecast to share with suppliers,

Examine the requests for changes in the production plan and prepare revision requests of open orders to cancel or increase the quantity,

Manage SAP Master Data and material transition process in system.
