We are looking for an "On Trade Sales Supervisor” for our global client operating in the FMCG / Beverage industry.

Achieve on trade sales targets by brand basis.

Make regular customer visits within the frame of route plan.

Make a preliminary work on sponsorship agreements to get approval, follow up on the agreement after the approval and check the responsibilities reciprocally.

Conduct the follow up process in key current accounts and proceedings.

Manage product supply chain among the company, distributor and customer by arranging distributor stock levels in line with the market dynamics.

Take necessary actions to regularly analyze and develop the sales performances of the customers.

Build relations between bar owners and teams to maximize the company’s advantage in the on trade channel.

Regularly communicate the reports related with his/her area of responsibility in accordance with the company’s standards.

Support periodical marketing activities in the on trade channel, when required.

Regularly check the validity of the customer information and provide the necessary updates.

Organize the sales representative routes, follow up the route compatibility, assess probable content increase opportunities.

For each category and brand, secure product presence, bar visibility, if exists, menu and station penetration in line with the area implementation criteria.

Make sure that periodically set priorities, campaigns and incentive mechanisms are implemented in full.

Regularly carry out the on vehicle work with the sales representative and by organizing on the job trainings, allow the employees’ development.

qualification

Education: Bachelor’s degree.

Total job experience: 5 years.

Related job experience 2 years (FMCG sector experience).

Retail sector (traditional channel) information.

Information about” HoReCa “(Hotel/Restaurant/Cafe) and wholesale channels.

Have a solid understanding of the local business environment and dynamics.

Computer Skills: Good command of Microsoft Office Programs.

Ability to successfully implement the strategy and effectively manage the necessary resources.

Demonstrate customer relationship management.

Have significant experience in human management and team leadership.

Having analytical and organizational skills.

Be able to manage, coach, develop, motivate and coordinate people.

Ability to understand market dynamics and competitive environment.

Ability to form open and collaborative partnerships.

A strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, create effective trading strategies and identify the resources required to implement them.
