Managing full operation of solar and wind power plants in Ukraine and Turkey.

Coordinating third parties and site engineers in order to take high performance from the plants.

Ensuring power plants work with high availability and performance ratio.

Preparing performance analysis and reporting main KPI's to Management or Board monthly.

Preparing yearly operation and maintenance budget and inform Finance&Accounting Department about its realization.

Controlling all payments to subcontractors and supporting procurement process.

Planning corrective and preventive maintenance program for the plants.

Making regular plant visits to make on site inspection and control.

Providing technical solution to the faults.

Monitoring power plants via Scada.

Following or making imbalancing calculations.

Complying with occupational health and safety rules.
