We are looking for an Organizational Development Executive for one of our customer who is leading industrial manufacturing company.

Experience designing and implementing effective performance mangement system that meet company goals.
To be responsible for job evaluation system, advising on job design, job descriptions and the correct grading of jobs.
To contribute to the development of policies and procedures in collaboration with the head of HR
Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to company’s strategy and business goals with the head of HR
In coordination with head of HR , drive annual salary inrease and bonus guideline process with Department Heads.
To participate and conduct to organizational structuring and re-structuring of the company.


Bachelor's degree in related fields, master’s degree in HR is an asset.
Five years of organizational development experience at least one year of management experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Turkish and English
Proven effective management skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs or related software.
Strong presentation skills.
Adequate knowledge of current labour rules and regulations
Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits.
