We are looking for Organizational Development Lead.

Being a member of a leading global company, supporting organization design and development activities by understanding organizational requirements and company strategies and managing organization structure accordingly.
Executing job evaluation and job description processes.
Executing compensation and benefits studies, defining rewarding policies and executing the processes.
Executing workforce management activities which will contribute to the organization's strategies.
Being an active member of organizational transformation project the scope of which is all Ekol countries by making necessary analysis and benchmarks.
Supporting HR metrics analysis and monthly HR reporting studies.
Building and implementing performance management process.
Ensuring that HR policies and practices are implemented in accordance with the HR strategy.


Bachelor’s Degree from Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Statistics and other related disciplines from a reputable university.
Minimum 4 years of experience.
Fluency in English. (both written and speaking)
Knowledge on several HR information systems and applications; especially on SAP.
Knowledge of organization management, performance management systems, job evaluation and grading, compensation benefits and process improvement methods.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Solution-orientation, strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
Enthusiasm for learning and self-development.
