As People and Organization Partner in one of the factories located in Arifiye Sakarya, you will be responsible for HR related areas at a local level including recruitment, labour processes, audit processes, organizational development activities, payroll processes, discipline exit procedures, performance promotion operations, training, reporting functions and following staff norm of the departments working as People Organization Partner.

Accurate monthly payroll data input file creation and finalizing payroll outputs with the coordination of Payroll provider.
Provide a feedback to the vendor, assisting them in further improvements of the solution design.
Maintain the HR platform with the relevant people job data changes for the area owned in coordination with GBS teams and local HR teams in HQ.
Work on monthly head count reports as well as time off, social security, actuarial information etc.
Responsible for onboarding, offboarding activities in the factory as well as designing training programs for individual learning initiatives that facilitate employee development.
Acts as a single point of the contact and provide necessary expertise for HR related topics in the factory to the relevant stakeholders.
Participating and creating HR Policy and Procedures.
Implementing and improving HR Systems.
Strong desire to influence across the line managers in terms of being the ambassador of HR processes in the location.
Constantly provide improvement ideas on HR processes with the support of Senior People Organization Partner and Head of People Organization.
