Bachelor's degree in related departments.
Experience at Operational Resource Planning in Cargo business. (Personnel Planning, Shift Planning, Equipment Facility Planning, Time based demand-supply planning)
Preferably experience at Costing-Pricing Systems.
Business Acumen Analytical approach. (Financial data analyzing and interpreting)
Relationship Management.
Creating Impact Result. (Competent in time process management, solving problem and formulizing)
Adaptability to Change Innovation.
Quality Safety Awareness.
Having good command and experience at Project Management.
