We are looking for a "Product Training and Events Marketing Manager" for our client which is world’s leading manufacturer of premium domestic appliances.

Execute product launch schedules.

Ensure product launches are accompanied by all applicable elements of product launch campaigns.

Define local product line-up per category by picking from the internationally defined range modules in each category and adjust price architecture to local market needs.

Identify and report the need for special editions to PM DAI including sales and unit estimates.

Map key global competitors and additionally key local competitors‘ product ranges incl. key features and technologies, pricing, distribution and communication in comparison to company, illustrate key SWOTs and provide outlook on the competitors‘ anticipated category strategy in the market.

Adjust recommended ELP architecture to market needs in local currency while maintaining the overall logic of the price architecture and hitting meaningful price points.

Ensure sufficient margins are generated in alignment with Sales and Finance.

Provide creative brainstorming input for decentral campaign development.

Ensure developed international campaigns are picked up using all locally applicable and affordable elements from the campaign toolbox.

Monitor execution of the campaigns, evaluate and feedback quantitative and qualitative results and insights as available based on defined KPIs to MCI.

Exceptionally trigger development of local customer specific tactical activities.

Define training concept – goals, content and tools for each individual target group.

Define training equipment and installation.

Budget Planning.

Discuss and elaborate with Product Marketing relevant training content.

Create and develop training tools and instruments.

Create and develop product presentations under consideration of each individual target group.

Develop customer benefit argumentation.

Design face-to-face training methodically and didactically.

Continuously update and further develop training materials.

Provide competitors’ information and assess and comment on test results.

Develop monthly, quarterly and annual training plans in cooperation with Sales Plan, coordinate and execute internal and external training.

Create and manage project plans for various marketing and event activities.

Coordinate events, meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and organizing requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; managing mailing lists to ensure event success.
Provide administrative support to each member of the marketing team as needed.

Develop and oversee the communications calendar to ensure timely execution of the program.

Conduct research, make site visits, and find resources to make decisions about event possibilities.

Coordinate on-site arrangements for all meetings and events: Assist with negotiations for space contracts and book event space, arrange food and beverage, order supplies if necessary.

Serve as liaison with vendors on event-related matters.

Assist with preparing budgets and provide periodic progress reports to the Management Team for each event project.

Propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process.


Graduate university degree,

Good proficiency in English (spoken and written) and also German is a huge plus,

Min. 5 years of experience in training, product management, marketing and events,

Well developed communication and social skills,

Sensitivity for cultural diversity and good cross-cultural navigation,

Ability to work autonomously based on defined objectives and within agreed boundaries (budget, timelines, etc.),

Preferably mobility to move to international roles as a next career step.
