Working very closely with legal and finance teams to ensure that the company is effectively managing the leased portfolio in the region,
Monitor and communicate with Sublease Tenants, (renewals, new opportunities, terminations)
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly meeting reports and presentations, Real Estate Data Charts updates,
Responsible for proposal preparations, catchment area reports, admission forecasting, feasibility analysis, BOD Meeting Presentations, Contract Management – Cover Page and Contract Approval Process, coordination of the new site opening schedule with the company)
Responsible for existing leased portfolio within the region, managing legal and operational obligations, working closely with lessors at all stages of the life cycle of the contracts.
