We are looking for a 6 Months Temporary - "Recruitment Specialist" for our Start-Up Customer, which belongs to one of the leading Holding Company in Turkey.

Responsible from end-to-end recruitment processes within a high volume, fast paced environment
Work very closely with line manager to understand the needs and the requirements of the job
Source and recruit candidates using a variety of sources, such as job postings and different related platforms (stackoverflow etc.) while effectively targeting the right kinds of candidates for the job
Responsible from pre-screening and screening activities and assess interview performance
Follow up full cycle of recruitment steps such as case study, reference checks etc.
Update all the recruitment process on the applicant tracking system
Have in-depth knowledge of the operation department’s roles


Bachelors or Master’s Degree
At least two year recruitment experience especially for Central Functions, such as; Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and any other related fields
Take ownership and drive of recruitment process with high level of attention
Demonstrated creative excellence in research and prospecting
Experience with online sourcing techniques
Having good planning, prioritizing and organizing skills
Having strong communication skills and being a good team player
Have a proven hands-on attitude, be flexible and adaptable
Excellent understanding of MS Excel and applicant tracking systems would be advantageous
Strong analytics, with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the HR team
