We are looking for a "Sales Manager" for our client which is operating in textile (knit wear / knitting) sector.

Take an active role to target clients in Germany, Austria, Belgium and the Netherlands

Drive, develop and implement business strategies to the new and existing products

Ensure achievement of revenue targets and drive new business by identifying new customer opportunities, building customer loyalty, ensuring high product retention rates, and supporting and promotion business strategy and initiatives

Build customer relationships with key influencers and decision makers, pilot projects, proof of concept, roll out and installation, after sales care and account management and further business development

Develop and execute business and marketing plan to exploit all potential internal and external customer opportunities

Develop necessary business structure to support business growth as required

Take charge of P&L and budget management

Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results

Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition and supply and demand


Bachelor’s degree in either engineering or business administration

Experience of 7 - 10 years of sales manager in the textile / knit wear

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Solid basis in financials and sales

Dynamic, solution and client oriented

Fluency in English and preferably in German
