Assisting in the investigation and implementation of technical requirements related to HRIS applications,
Supporting the process of creating investment and operational budgets for HRIS activities,
Being overall solution responsible for HRIS implementation coverings governance, support, architecture and related IT procedures,
Managing system projects from project idea, study, implementation, realization to continuous improvement,
Maintaining effective communication with project relevant stakeholders including creation of project plans and facilitate resolution of all issues to reach project goals,
Carrying out product testing and support user acceptance testing for new implementations,
Providing functional and technical documentation to support any key HRIS activities,
Coordinating of the planning, development, testing and deployment of changes and enhancements,
Ensuring coordination and planning with the suppliers, to carry out the contract process,
Developing and executing processes to ensure compliance relating to data privacy standard processes and data integrity,
Coordinating the development of reports improvements and quality measures,
Keeping track of technological developments and trends in the field of HR,
