job description

We are looking for a "Senior Marketing Specialist" for our client.

Providing the strategic planning and implementation of online&offline marketing, product management processes and pricing for the product.
Continuously monitoring and enhancing product features and UI/UX in line with customer needs and behavior.
Quantitatively forecast assess the impact of all marketing activities including but not limited to product enhancement, IT developments campaigns with an analytical approach.
Manage and optimize continuously SEM, SEO, Affiliate and display network performance as a whole with the aim of increasing digital acquisition sales.
Continuously recommend and test new acquisition channels and technologies, try and learn from each
Analyze interprete data and reports to identify trends, issues and opportunities and generate actionable insights to improve sales and overall performance
Continuously optimize digital sales funnels and put into practice onsite and offsite improvements
Recommend and analyze A/B testing
Develope strong cross-functional relationships with IT/information management and all 3rd party vendors
Offer value-creating suggestions to customers, provide recommendations and to implement all stages of the product life cycle.
Control and follow up of product-based online&offline marketing activities within the budget plan.
Following operational activities with other units (sales, IT, finance etc.) and coordinating product management activities.
Effective relationship management with agencies, solution partners and business partners.
Ensuring campaign planning and implementation of the product.
Monitoring and reporting customer acquisition and revenue targets of responsible product, and taking necessary actions in-line with target realization rates.
Follow up marketing activities in the sector, market dynamics, competitors and development of competitive products.
Development of new marketing strategies based on research results, new product and market research.
Conduct periodic benchmark analyses and research trends in local global payments market.

qualification

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable, top-tier university in Engineering, Statistics, Economics or relevant field, MBA or a relevant master’s degree is a plus;
At least 3-4 years of experience in Marketing Strategy, Business Development and/or as an entrepreneur;
Experience in financial technologies, especially payment systems, technology, banking/finance sectors is preferred;
Proficiency with analytical, reporting and presentation tools such as; Excel pivot tables, SQL queries, graphing and PowerPoint;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English, French is a plus;
Ability to think creatively with an out of the box approach;
Strong communication skills to persuade both internal and external stakeholders on strategic issues;
Ability to manage time effectively and foster a multidisciplinary approach;
Result-oriented, problem solver with provided resources and proactive thinker with decision making ability.
Ability to create own agenda and effectively manage third party stakeholders and business partners.
