Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or other related fields,
Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources field especially in recruitment,
In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment, including candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection,
Excellent interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to identify candidates' competencies, potential and cultural fit,
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners,
Multi-tasking and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously,
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment,
Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
