Sourcing:
• Develop and drive sourcing strategy for all positions. Coach Talent Acquisition Specialist to execute the sourcing activity.
• Ensure external talent pipeline creation to support existing and upcoming business needs.
• Identify appropriate candidate sources (recruitment fairs, internet sites, employment agencies, social networks, company universities mapping). Use the Corporate Social Media accounts assigned for research and content distribution.
End to end recruitment:
• Managing and executing end-to-end recruitment process.
• Execute recruitment strategy, policy and programs.
• Proactive approach on developing talent pool and employer branding activities. Keep with the new trends used by prospects.
• Understand staffing needs and ensure appropriate matches between position requirements and individual profiles within KPIs.
• Ensure positive candidate experience.
• Ensure high quality of candidate pipeline (shortlists).
• Assessment methods execution: Execute identified best practices, developed and maintained methods.
• Conduct competency based interviews.
• Ownership for e-recruitment process (Success Factors).
Reporting:
• Full responsibility for reporting.
Graduate/Intern Hiring:
• Graduate and internship recruitment ownership and execution.
• Manages university relationships and takes active role at university events
Stakeholder Management:
• Recommend and influence hiring managers’ to provide the best suitable talent for the organization.
• Owns the hiring manager relationship and is responsible for their overall satisfaction.
• Drive and manage relationships with third party vendors and tools to ensure notoriety and impact.
Continuous Improvement:
• Improvement suggestion and implementation expected as the owner of the recruitment process.
Legal Obligations:
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements for advertisement, job postings, selecting and talent acquisition process etc.

qualification

• Min.5 years of experience in end to end recruitment and innovative sourcing for different hierarchical levels (Head Hunting, experience in Recruitment: Internal department / Consulting firm)
• Delivering recruitment experience to clients managing multiple volume
• Experience with employer branding and university programs
• Experience in IT recruitment is a plus
• Experience with all selection methods and techniques (competency based interviews, assessment of candidates)
• Experience with Success Factors is a plus
• Proficient in the use of social media (LinkedIn) and job boards
• Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) is a must
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (English and Turkish both verbal and written) and relationship building skills
• Excellent networking, influencing and negotiation skills
• Strong Time Management, organizational and planning skills
• Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
• Ability to drive for results and achieve goals through direct/indirect influence
• Ability to manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously
