We are looking for a "SW Development Team Manager" for our business partner operating in the field of law.

Leading the hybrid working Backend, Frontend, Mobile software and test automation teams.
Managing software development processes of both internal and outsourced software teams.
To make the necessary project plans within the scope of the determined software development request documents, to ensure timely and trouble-free product deliveries by managing the processes in line with the determined delivery dates.
Reporting to the general manager, working in close coordination with the product manager, sales and marketing and senior management and making the necessary reports.
Researching and applying current software development methodologies.
Conducting regular code reviews, supervising the implementation of coding standards, ensuring clean code structure.
Implement, develop and manage CI/CD processes.
Creating technical solution architectures by researching the right technologies in needed areas.
Contributing to the career development of the team by coaching and mentoring with technical knowledge.
