Order the orders of our customers waiting for spare parts.
Routine controls of major clinics and hospitals and prepare status reports.
Regularly reporting the most common failures in all equipments.
Reporting factory errors and incorrect orders abroad.
In case of critical situations, support on the field team, abroad facilities.
Follow-up of customer care agreements and negotiate maintenance agreements with the customers.
Follow-up of the government correspondences regarding the services provided to the government agencies.
Follow up and strengthen TSE and Service qualification accreditation processes.
Follow-up of ISO 9001 accreditation processes.
Organizations of overseas trainings of all technical service business partners in Turkey.
Identify the frequently used technical documents and arrange translation if necessary.
Accompany the technicians during technical trainings abroad.
Follow-up of temporary / backup devices given to customers.
Control the use of office equipment, training, showroom and technical workshop equipment.
Ensure that showrooms and second-hand devices are checked and adjusted prior to their departure.
Detailed control of the devices coming from the event and the fair, reporting the problems identified and ensuring that the problems are resolved urgently.
