We are looking for a “Technical Support Responsible“ for our client that is growing its organization.

Sales support of industrial automation products such as sensors, connectivity, fieldbus and control systems
Reporting to the Technical Manager
Supporting outside sales engineers from office for technical offerings
Customer relations regarding technical questions and claims
Following new products and technologies to bring them into sales team’s offering
Organize and handling of trainings inhouse and on customer site
Handling the product and technical articles for the website and sector magazines


University degree in Electrical, Mechatronics Eng. or similar
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial automation, sensors, controls and fieldbus systems
Fluent in English or German
Very good knowledge of Ms Office applications
Knowledge in CodeSys V3 / high-level computer languages / IIoT / cloud services is preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, good interpersonal skills
Disciplined, dynamic, hardworking, team player, strong customer relationship skills
