Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce sales, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and retention, identifying areas for improvement and working with relevant teams to optimize performance.
Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotional activities through comprehensive data analysis.
Prepare ongoing reports and forecasts of daily, weekly, and monthly sales figures to support Omnichannel, Controlling, Finance, and Logistics teams.
Take on operational responsibilities such as preparing and sharing regular reports, providing accurate sales forecasts, and collaborating with relevant departments to ensure seamless operations.
Fulfill ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests to support e-commerce initiatives and operational decision-making.
