Bachelor’s degree in visual communication design, Interactive Design or equivalent,
2-3+ years of professional design experience in UI/UX or interaction design,
Ability to prototype in Adobe XD, Sketch or similar tools,
Advanced skills with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or other design tools,
Proficient in Adobe Premiere and After Effects,
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team,
Ability to adapt, switch gears in a fast-paced environment,
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines,
Ability to take critiques with a positive attitude,
Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 JavaScript,
Experience with CMS or eager to learn,
A portfolio of work demonstrating compelling design solutions.
