Identifying the deficiencies of mature proposal processes that may affect the potential customer and re-including them in the process or ensuring that they are disqualified.
Maintaining pricing studies by analyzing customer-market-demand in finalized offers and calculating shipping costs with current Incoterms information in line with customer requests.
Communicating the finalized offers to the customer and ensure that they are appropriate on behalf of the company and receiving feedback from the customer and reporting the feedback received to pave the way for future opportunities.
In case of a purchase request, initiating the process by immediately sharing it with the relevant departments and finalizing the information about the supply from the customer and, if necessary, preparing certain agreements and presenting them to the parties and obtaining their approval.
As a follower of the started purchasing process, to follow the payment from the customer and to intervene in possible problems.
Informing the customer about the process at every step by ensuring that the products are supplied from purchasing after successful payment.
After the product supply, to follow up the process of shipment of the products to the customer with the logistics unit and to follow up the process until the delivery of the products flawlessly.
Receiving feedback from the customer about the process after delivery and to guide the improvement efforts by making a positive and negative evaluation in a way to cover all relevant units.
Producing rational and result-oriented solutions by understanding the general understanding within the pharmaceutical sector in the relevant markets and understanding the needs of the market.
Designing projects by researching business opportunities that will provide continuity. Determining the customer-distributor and providing certain agreements with these customers when necessary.
Ensuring maximum data input from the customer by reporting the issues related to the contact and receiving their feedback.
