Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar from top tier university,
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in finance, audit or similar, preferably in an industrial setting,
Expertise in accounting (including domestic and international accounting standards), controlling reporting as well as skills in corporate finance,
Experience in the use and further development of accounting and ERP systems,
Systematic and structured working style with high attention to details,
Hands-on, proactive mentality, team player with excellent execution skills,
Fluent in English and Turkish. (oral and written)
