University degree, probably with focus on Human Resources, Management, Phsicology or Business Administration.
10+ years relevant working experience within HR management.
Articulate, confident and fluent communicator and will demonstrate a high level of oral and written English language.
Experience of working in preferably from the technology sector in general.
Sound knowledge of HR practices and policies.
High level knowledge of employment legislation.
Ability to facilitate discussions with individuals, and groups.
Sound judgement and decision making skills.
Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, Health and safety, training and development.
Demonstrated ability to serve as a successful partner to the local management.
Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources programs.
Experience of running Payroll. (systems and process)
