Drive finance strategy of the Turkish affiliate and MEA.
Responsible from financial management of commercial sales, local production and sales promotion partners in Turkey and MEA.

Guardian of the data quality. Analyze and present financials in an accurate and timely manner.
Oversee all financial, project/program and grants.
Facilitate resource reallocation within the company.
Oversee and lead the annual budgeting and planning process in conjunction with the LT members.
Review all financial plans and budgets; monitor progress and changes; and keep senior leadership team abreast of the organization.
Talent
Driving talent strategy of Turkish affiliate. Manage all local activities related to Talent.
Drive talent strategy of the Turkish affiliate on all matter relating to talent partnering, learning development, local HR Administration, recruitment, and strategic decisions on organizational development.
Being strategic talent partner of country lead and local leadership team.
Drive to implement key talent initiatives for talent development and competency building.
Ensure global processes/development plans are in place.
Establish and manage a comprehensive learning and development programs to educate employees.
Manage the hire to retire process. (hiring, onboarding, promotion, off boarding)
Ensure that recruitment processes are consistent and streamlined.
Responsible for the Succession planning process in the affiliate and development of key employees.
Managing annual Performance and TOR processes.
Drive the strategy of Turkish affiliate on payroll C&B, salary survey, local HR Administration.
Work closely and transparently with all external partners including third-party vendors and Consultants.
Operational Excellence.
Responsible from providing a holistic picture of the performance by integrating FP&A and OE activities. (financials and non-financials)
Responsible from bringing consistency in the different models used locally and globally. (i.e.forecasting)
Supporting the Business Review - Adhoc reporting and analysis for PVUs’.
Managing CLRM tool - Maintenance, Data Privacy, Updates, Training Reporting.
Driving Sales force effectiveness strategy and processes. (territory Management- Incentives and Compensation)
Responsible from the Management of 3rd Party Data Warehouse.
Support business teams to build a culture into the marketing and sales force team that continuously raises performance standards and is focused on exceeding targets, operational efficiency, innovation, and business focused. Leveraging on tools of performance measurement such as sales force traffic light dashboard.
Administrative Affairs.
Managing procurement processes of Turkish affiliate according to the company principles.
